環(huán)境條件+電氣性能
氣候環(huán)境—高原環(huán)境試驗、高低溫濕熱試驗、鹽霧試驗、防護等級試驗、紫外線老化試驗等
機械環(huán)境—沖擊試驗、振動試驗、三綜合溫度濕度振動試驗、傾斜與搖擺試驗、長霉試驗、抗震等試驗。
1.氣候艙： 空間尺寸：內(nèi)直徑×凈高：Φ8000mm×8000mm
環(huán)境試驗?zāi)芰Γ簹夂蚺摽蓾M足大型設(shè)備包含高低壓成套設(shè)備整機低氣壓試驗、高低溫試驗、低氣壓試驗、覆冰試驗、凝露試驗、高低溫低氣壓綜合試驗，溫度范圍-55℃~+70℃，模擬海拔到10000m。

2、鹽霧艙容積：600m3, 可滿足大型設(shè)備包含高低壓成套設(shè)備的整機鹽霧試驗要求。

4、三綜合溫度濕度振動試驗：綜合環(huán)境是指綜合溫度、濕度、振動、沖擊、電應(yīng)力的惡劣環(huán)境條件，氣候(溫度、濕度)/動力學(xué)(振動、沖擊)綜合試驗與單一環(huán)境試驗相比，更能真實地反映電工電子產(chǎn)品在運輸和實際使用過程中對溫濕度及振動/沖擊復(fù)合環(huán)境變化的適應(yīng)性，暴露產(chǎn)品的缺陷，是新產(chǎn)品研制、樣機試驗、產(chǎn)品合格鑒定試驗全過程必不可少的重要試驗手段。三綜合溫度濕度振動試驗可用于模擬汽車零部件，電子元器件、航天航空產(chǎn)品在制造、組裝、運輸及使用過程中所遭受的振動環(huán)境，以評定其結(jié)構(gòu)的耐振性、可靠性和完好性。
5、沖擊試驗：輕量級強沖擊試驗機常用于測試艦船儀表和電器電氣設(shè)備耐沖擊的穩(wěn)定性；中量級強沖擊試驗機用于對各種電工、電子、機電設(shè)備進行擺錘式?jīng)_擊試驗，模擬艦船設(shè)備遭受沖擊及高強度碰撞狀態(tài)下的試驗，考核產(chǎn)品經(jīng)受非接觸性水下爆炸、空中爆炸、近距離脫靶炮火等沖擊影響的適應(yīng)性和機構(gòu)完好性。檢測產(chǎn)品覆蓋機載設(shè)備、艦備、電子電工產(chǎn)品、儀器儀表、農(nóng)業(yè)、醫(yī)療、石化、汽車以及鐵路設(shè)備等。
6、長霉試驗：又稱為霉菌試驗，霉菌在我們的生活中無處不在，它青睞于溫暖潮濕的環(huán)境，有合適的環(huán)境就會大量的繁殖。適宜的水份、溫度、基質(zhì)等條件都能促進霉菌生長，霉菌試驗即將產(chǎn)品或材料放置于有利于霉菌生長的條件下進行測試，用以驗證產(chǎn)品或材料的抗霉能力，評定其不同長霉程度和霉菌對產(chǎn)品引起的表面變化和性能影響。檢測產(chǎn)品覆蓋電子產(chǎn)品、儀器儀表、元器件及材料等。
7、抗震性能試驗：又稱為地震試驗，地震試驗是考核產(chǎn)品的抗震性能的試驗。我實驗室設(shè)備可實現(xiàn)隨機、正弦、地震波模擬、沖擊響應(yīng)譜和路譜仿真等振動試驗。產(chǎn)品覆蓋裝備制造、汽車、航空、軌道交通、艦船、核電、軍工、新能源、電池、通信、電力、電子電器等。
8、傾斜與搖擺試驗：傾斜與搖擺試驗是艦載設(shè)備進行動態(tài)性能測試的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，用于潛艇和艦船在海上環(huán)境條件下運動姿態(tài)的模擬。也可用于測試汽車主要部件產(chǎn)品對傾斜與搖擺環(huán)境的適應(yīng)能力，以確定產(chǎn)品經(jīng)受規(guī)定嚴酷等級傾斜和搖擺的能力以及結(jié)構(gòu)的完好性。傾斜與搖擺試驗臺最大試品載荷：5000kg，可進行首搖、橫搖、縱搖、橫傾、縱傾、復(fù)合搖擺等各類傾斜搖擺試驗。檢測產(chǎn)品覆蓋裝備制造、汽車、航空、軌道交通、艦船等。
9、噪聲測量試驗：我實驗室擁有用于測試大型電器產(chǎn)品、控制柜、配電柜、變壓器及發(fā)電機等的半消聲室。結(jié)構(gòu)組成為一間獨立的半消聲室，以現(xiàn)有地面為反射區(qū)，其它五面墻體，采用輕質(zhì)復(fù)合隔聲墻體和尖劈吸音材料處理。內(nèi)部凈空間:長9.0米;寬8.7米;高6.3米
10、鹽霧與污穢試驗：鹽霧與污穢試驗室可滿足中高壓絕緣子、避雷器的污穢試驗、高低壓成套設(shè)備的整機鹽霧試驗等?？蓾M足GB/T 4585 《交流系統(tǒng)用高壓絕緣子的人工污穢試驗》、GB/T 11032《交流無間隙金屬氧化物避雷器》、GB/T 2423.17《電工電子產(chǎn)品環(huán)境試驗 試驗Ka：鹽霧》等環(huán)境試驗要求。

1. Climate cabin: Space size: inner diameter x net height: Φ 8000mm x 8000mm
Environmental testing capability: The climate chamber can meet the requirements of large-scale equipment, including low pressure testing, high and low temperature testing, low pressure testing, icing testing, condensation testing, and comprehensive testing of high, low and low pressure. The temperature range is -55 ℃ to+70 ℃, and the simulated altitude can reach 10000m.
Electrical performance testing capability: Temperature rise test (max): 6300A; Lightning impulse voltage (max): 480kV; Power frequency voltage (max): 200kV

4. Three comprehensive temperature and humidity vibration tests: The comprehensive environment refers to the harsh environmental conditions of comprehensive temperature, humidity, vibration, impact, and electrical stress. Compared with a single environmental test, the climate (temperature, humidity)/dynamics (vibration, impact) comprehensive test can more accurately reflect the adaptability of electrical and electronic products to temperature, humidity, and vibration/impact composite environmental changes during transportation and actual use, exposing product defects. It is an essential and important testing method in the entire process of new product development, prototype testing, and product qualification evaluation testing. The three comprehensive temperature and humidity vibration test can be used to simulate the vibration environment experienced by automotive components, electronic components, and aerospace products during manufacturing, assembly, transportation, and use, in order to evaluate their structural vibration resistance, reliability, and integrity.
5. Impact testing: Lightweight strong impact testing machines are commonly used to test the stability of ship instruments and electrical equipment against impact; The medium weight strong impact testing machine is used to conduct pendulum type impact tests on various electrical, electronic, and electromechanical equipment, simulating the tests of ship equipment under impact and high-intensity collision conditions, assessing the adaptability and structural integrity of products to non-contact underwater explosions, airborne explosions, close range off target artillery fire and other impact effects. The testing products cover airborne equipment, ship spare parts, electronic and electrical products, instruments and meters, agriculture, medical, petrochemical, automotive, and railway equipment, etc.
6. Mold growth test: also known as mold test, mold is ubiquitous in our lives. It prefers warm and humid environments, and when there is a suitable environment, it will reproduce in large quantities. Suitable conditions such as moisture, temperature, and substrate can promote mold growth. Mold testing refers to testing products or materials placed under conditions that are conducive to mold growth, in order to verify their anti mold ability, evaluate their different degrees of mold growth, and evaluate the surface changes and performance effects caused by mold on the product. The testing products cover electronic products, instruments and meters, components and materials, etc.
7. Seismic performance test: also known as seismic test, seismic test is a test that assesses the seismic performance of a product. My laboratory equipment can perform vibration tests such as random, sinusoidal, seismic wave simulation, shock response spectrum, and road spectrum simulation. Our products cover equipment manufacturing, automobiles, aviation, rail transit, ships, nuclear power, military industry, new energy, batteries, communication, power, electronic appliances, and more.
8. Tilt and sway test: The tilt and sway test is a key step in the dynamic performance testing of shipborne equipment, used to simulate the motion posture of submarines and ships under sea environmental conditions. It can also be used to test the adaptability of major automotive components to tilting and swinging environments, in order to determine the product's ability to withstand specified severity levels of tilting and swinging, as well as the structural integrity. The maximum test load of the tilt and sway test bench is 5000kg, which can perform various tilt and sway tests such as head roll, roll roll, pitch, roll, pitch, and compound sway. The testing products cover equipment manufacturing, automobiles, aviation, rail transit, ships, etc.
9. Noise measurement test: Our laboratory has a semi anechoic chamber for testing large electrical products, control cabinets, distribution cabinets, transformers, and generators. The structure consists of an independent semi anechoic room, with the existing ground as the reflection area, and the other five walls are treated with lightweight composite soundproof walls and pointed sound-absorbing materials. Internal net space: 9.0 meters long; 8.7 meters wide; 6.3 meters high
10. Salt spray and pollution test: The salt spray and pollution test room can meet the pollution test of medium and high voltage insulators and lightning arresters, as well as the complete machine salt spray test of high and low voltage equipment.
